Still Here, Still Healing is a personal devotional and reflection experience offered for your spiritual encouragement and general informational use.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for access to your device and for keeping your own backups of any journal content you consider important. Information stored locally may be lost if you clear browser data, uninstall the app, or lose access to the device.

Intellectual property

Still Here, Still Healing and all devotional text, prayers, reflection prompts, affirmations, graphics, and related content are owned by Tamika Nicole and protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not copy, distribute, scrape, resell, or reproduce the devotional content outside the app without written permission.

Acceptable use of the Gentle Companion

The Gentle Companion is offered for personal reflection. Do not use it to submit unlawful, abusive, harmful, or disruptive content, and do not attempt to misuse or interfere with the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific emotional, spiritual, medical, or personal outcome from using the app or the Gentle Companion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tamika Nicole is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
