Where is my journal stored?
On your device. Nothing you write is uploaded to a server, and journal text is never sent anywhere unless you intentionally share it with the Gentle Companion.
Can I export my reflections?
Yes — visit Export or Delete My Information from the legal menu or footer.
Is the Gentle Companion a therapist or pastor?
No. It is an automated AI reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional care.
How do I restart the 30-day journey?
Open the completed welcome page or the completion screen and choose Restart Journey. Your saved prayers, reflections, and affirmations remain.
